Aluminium parts in automobile are largely made of casting aluminium alloy. 3/4 of aluminium parts in automobile are made of casting aluminium alloy, 65% of casting aluminium alloy is used to manufacture engine. Aluminium alloy enjoys better thermal conductivity. It can reduce the weight of automobile. It especially meets the requirements of automobile producers for increasing speed, reducing oil consumption, saving energy, protecting environment and reducing the weight of single vehicle. Reducing the weight of vehicle is an important and necessary measurement for improving the fuel economy and saving energy. At present, aluminum-casting parts are widely used to manufacture the cylinder block and head of engine, seat of water pump, manifold pipes of air intake and exhaust, piston and wheel hub. They enjoy a bright future in market. Hengfa Machinery Casting Co., Ltd is a private company which combines casting and machining. Its total assets are 67 million Yuan RMB. The company covers an area of 95,000 m2 and has more than 500 staff members. The facilities of water, land and electricity have been well prepared. The project has been registered by The Development and Reform Committee of Henan Province, China.

The total investment is 60 million Yuan RMB, among which the investment of civil work is 14.12 million Yuan RMB, the expense of purchasing equipment is 40.81 million Yuan RMB, the expense of installation and transport is 3.2648 million Yuan RMB, the unpredictable expense is 1.8052 million Yuan RMB. The beneficial rate of investment is 43%. The payoff period is 3 years.
