Duplex melting with blast furnace and intermediate frequency furnace is a new effective technique to save energy and reduce consumption. It keeps the advantages of two melting methods: high melting and overheating efficiency, low sulfur, and convenience of adjusting ingredients. High temperature and high purity of molten iron are good for quality casting parts. The product has great market potentiality. The Construction Investment Co., Ltd of Linzhou City, Henan Province is a special body in honor of Linzhou Municipal Government to manage the assets and property right of the infrastructure in the whole city. The registered capital of the company is 190 million Yuan RMB. The company is a body of investment or financing in honor of the municipal government of Linzhou, Henan Province, China. Its investment is accomplished by means of loan, share, share control, guarantee and discount. The scope of its investment includes the infrastructure facilities such as resources, water supply, electricity supply, transport and urban construction, and other projects with prominent economic benefits. The company has the right of ownership to keep and increase the value of share. 
3.Total Investment
The total investment is 360 million Yuan RMB. After the construction of project, the annual production value will be1.6 billion Yuan RMB and the annual revenue will be 80 million Yuan RMB. The payoff period is 4.5 years (not including the one year construction period).
