 Garbage disposal plant serves for the commonweal of society. Its management expense is mainly obtained by disposing the urban garbage; the garbage can be utilized comprehensively to produce fertilizer. The garbage disposal plant will achieve remarkable economical and social benefits. The Municipal Administration Bureau of Linzhou is in charge of the project. According to the Opinions About Accelerating the Development of Twenty-six Key (Counties) Cities in the Whole Province, which was issued by the provincial government of Henan, and the Eleventh-Five-Year Plan of Economy and Social Development in Linzhou City, Linzhou Municipal Government decides to construct a garbage disposal plant which covers an area of 300 mu and can dispose 30 tons of garbage every day. The environment appraisal about this project is under way.
