2. Summary of the Project
Taihang Air Conditioner Component Factory is a precision casting factory which mainly produces the housing of central air conditioner. Its original casting parts (7000 Yuan RMB / ton, 3000 Yuan RMB higher than the common casting parts) are processed by MCQUAY Branch of US (Tianjian, China), then exported to US. The NC process center will be built during the third phase construction. The price of casting parts can be 21,000 Yuan RMB / ton. The additional value of the product is improved. At present, the rate of production and sale is 99.8%. The fixed assets of the company are 30 million Yuan RMB.
3.Total Investment
The total investment is 20 million Yuan RMB, among which the investment for infrastructure is 3 million Yuan RMB, the investment for equipment is 15 million Yuan RMB, and the other investment is 2 million Yuan RMB. The rate of investment benefit is 40%. The payoff period is 3 years.
