Henan Foreign Labour Service Cooperation Corporation (hereinafter referred to as HFLS) , approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the People's Republic of China, is a state-owned enterprise with authority over international
labor cooperation, also a backbone foreign economic and trade enterprise in Henan Province. HFLS enjoys the status of membership in China International Contractors Association, the council of China Fisherman-Dispatching Coordination Association and Sino-Japan Trainee Coordination Association.
With the advantage of rich labor resources and various industrial sectors, HFLS has successfully expanded its information channels and business
fields by reasonable, precise judgment in the international labor market, and unsparing efforts of all the
staff members since its establishment in 1988. The labor cooperation has developed steadily and satisfactorily upon the policy of ''diversified economic fields, winning with its quality, creditability above all
others''. HFLS has come to the forefront out of close and fierce competitions. The
lab ours, technicians, and trainees dispatched abroad, up to the end of l999, has numbered more than 20,000, of whom over3,000 still work on different posts in such countries and regions as Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Russia, Romania, and Spain for 5consecutive years, involved in ocean-fishing, farming,
building, clothing, machining, plastic and rubber products
processing ,electronic products assembling, aquatic processing and industrial packing. Henan people have the reputation
of being clever, diligent, hardworking, law-abiding, which has been
greatly appreciated by their employers abroad.
HFLS has a Labor-Dispatching Training Center which was authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation .It can make special plans and give special training for candidates so as to meet the special requirements of various clients with its complete facilities ,responsible and qualified teaching staff .
HFLS runs its business on the base of strictness ,efficiency and regularity. It has formed its own operation system in organizing ,selecting ,training
,application for passports ,dispatching to and managing after overseas assignment.
