洛阳牡丹通讯股份有限公司是以洛阳邮电电话设备厂为投资主体的股份有限公司，河南省高新技术企业。专业研制生产HA998系列电话机、HT998系列投币电话机及其管理系统、HIC998系列IC卡公用付费电话机及其管理系统和DSLAM局端设备以及ADSLMODEM用户端设备。
公司生产电话机己有二十多年历史，现有员工300余人，专业技术人员一百余人，面积6860平方米。开发手段先进，生产设备精良，工作环境优越，检测仪器、仪表齐全，具有年产普通电话机60万部，IC卡电话机10万部，120000套ADSL调制解调器， 200000线DSLAM局端设备的生产能力。

荣誉与挑战：

·1995年3月，我公司自行研制的首台国产IC卡电话机问世，填补了国内空白。4月份参加了全国第二届工业企业科技进步展览会。
·1996年7月，我公司与北京邮电大学合作开发的IC卡电话机及省、地两级管理系统被批准列入研制生产国产IC卡机型的企业， 11月通过技术评审。
·1997年9月，我公司HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话机及省、地两级管理系统通过原邮电部生产定型鉴定验收，同月获准进网使用。
·1998年3月， HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话系统获中国邮电工业总公司科技进步一等奖。
·1998年3月， HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话系统列为国家级火炬计划项目。
·1998年9月， HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话系统获国家级新产品称号。
·1998年11月， HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话系统列为国家级重点新产品试产项目。
·1998年9月， HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话系统获原邮电部科学技术进步三等奖。
·1998年12月， HIC998T（LCD）型IC卡电话系统获河南省高新技术产品称号。
·1998年12月， 1999年6月HIC998（4）P/T（LCD）型、 HIC998（2）T （LCD）型IC卡公用电话机先后获得入网许可证书。

Brief Introduction to the Company

Luoyang Peony Communication Co., Ltd. is a stock-limited company established by Luoyang p&t Telephone Equipment Factory and high-and-new-tech enterprise in HeNan province. This company is specialized in producing HA998 Series Telephone, Ht998 Series Coin-box Payphone and its management system, HIC 998 Series IC Card Public Payphone and its management system, DSLAM broadband access device at central office and ADSL MODEM at the customer's premises.
The company has more than 20-year history in producing telephone sets, now it has more than 300 staffs and more than 100 professional technicians. lts area is about 6860 m2. The company owns well-equipped producing equipment、 favorable working enviromnent、 advanced developing tools and detecting instruments、 all the necessary meters. It owns the capacities of annually producing 100000 sets of IC card payphone、120000 sets of ADSL MODEM、 200000 lines of DSLAM.

Honors and challenges:

. In March 1995, ourselves-researched-&-made firet set of domestic-made IC Card Payphone System was born, fiiling in the gap at home. Attending the Second National industry Enterprise Science and Technology Progress Exhibition in April.
. In April 1996, our company cooperated with Bejing Post & Telecommunications university in researching and developing lC Card payphone System and two management systems, nameiy province-level & area-level systems. Our company was listed as one the enterprises permitted by the State to produce domestic-made IC Card payphones. Technical examine was passed in November.
. In September 1997, HIC998(LCD)IC Card Payphone System and its two levels of management systems of A-PMS and P-PMS passed HIC998T-Type IC card payphone and its management system passed the production-finalization appraisal organized by MPT in the September of 1997. And they were approved to use in the network at the same time.
. In March 1998,HIC998T(LCD) IC Card Payphone System was awarded "The First prize of China PTIC Science & Technologies Improvement".
. In March 1998, HIC998(LCD) IC Card Payphone System was listed as one of the State-class Torch Plan ltems.
. In September 1998, HIC(LCD) IC Card Payphone System was awarded the title of "State-class New Product".
. In November 1998, HIC998T(LCD) IC Card Payphone System was listed as one of the State-class Principal New products Trial Production Items.
. In September 1998, Hic998T(LCD) IC Card Payphone System was awarded "MPT Science and Technologies Improvement Third Prize".
. In December 1998, HIC998(LCD) IC Card Payphone System was awarded the title of "HeNan Provincg Hi-new-tech products".
. InDecember 1999, in June 1999, HIC998P(4)P/T (LCD) and HIC998(2)T (LCD) IC Card Payphone acquired the network-access permission certificate.
