Henan Star Science and Technology (Investment)company holding capital shares as a legal person,the first of its kind in Henan province, Star corporate shares were listed for trading on June 28,1994. It was Henan's first enterprise to issue
shares to the public. By introducing ihe share holding system into the enterprise, Star Investment successfully establlshed the modern enterprise system to adapt itself to the requirements of the socialist market in good time, thus laying a solid foundation for its pursuit of high speed development in terms of assets, profits and employees.
Star Investment has consistently taken high technology as the most essential ingredient of its successful operation.
