河南北方集团公司是一家民营股份制企业，组建于1997年，公司实行的是董事会领导下的总经理责任制，主要由四个分公司组成：郑州北方通讯工程发展有限公司、河南北方群网信息工程有限公司、河南北方新世纪置业有限公司和河南北方人文广告有限公司。公司现有员工236名，其中管理人员27名，工程技术人员83名，具大专以上学历者占67%，拥有资产6000万元。
公司的主要经营范围有：通讯线路、管道、设备安装、移动通信的勘察设计施工；网络系统集成、软件开发、综合布线工程；房地产开发、装饰装修工程的设计和施工；广告策划、设计、制作与发布。
经过多年的发展与开拓，公司已具有集团公司的规模和相当实力，加上其管理科学、资力雄厚、技术力量强大、技术装备先进以及金融信誉良好，北方集团已经成为河南省内知名度大、美誉度高的综合性企业，并且在其所从事的各个业务领域内均创造了佳绩，为我国的经济建设、社会进步和技术发展做出了卓越贡献。
一、郑州北方通讯工程发展有限公司成立于1989年，现为北方集团的核心成员，是中国通信建设总公司在郑州的业务分部，目前已发展成为一支辐射全省通信建设领域的主力军.
二、河南北方群网信息工程有限公司成立于1998年，是由河南省科委命名的一家高科技企业。公司汇集了一批立志投身于IT行业的研发人员，已成功开发了《河南省企业事业名录查询系统》、《AWE网站快速发布系统》、《网吧记费系统》等基于Internet的应用软件，而且都已被河南省电信系统所采用。该公司已发展成为河南省最大的综合布线商和最重要的系统集成商之一。
三、河南北方新世纪置业有限公司成立于1998年，经过两年多的发展和积累，该公司已初具规模，承揽装饰装修工程进展顺利，房地产经营及资金运做状况良好。于1999年在郑州市东16公里处购置了420亩土地，计划用于开发成为具有田园风光特色的集别墅、酒店、温泉、康乐、休闲、会议设施于一体的多功能生态园渡假村。
四、河南北方人文广告有限公司成立于1998年，自成立以来，公司广告业务遍布河南省各个城市和地区，是省内大型户外广告设计、发布的佼佼者。

The main business fields of the company are: survey, design and construction of communication wiring, pipeline, equipment installations and mobile communications; network system integration, Software development, comprehensive wiring & engineering; real estate development, design and Construction of decoration work; the preparation of advertisements.

There are a great number of technical persons who are putting their hearts into the research of information technology. Some applicable software based on Internet have been successfully developed, such as: Name Inquiring System of Enterprises and institutions of Henan; Quick Releasing System of Stations in Network; Valuation System for Network Bar, etc. They have been used by the telecommunication system in Henan Province. Henan North New Century Real Estate Co .,Ltd, which was set up in 1998.After 2 years of development and accumulation. It has begun to take shape through the business of real estate and decoration engineering as well as the circulation of capital found. It has bought 420 mu of land in the township of Baisha, Zhongmu County, 16km east to Zhengzhou. The land will be used for a multifunction, ecological villa holiday village with resident buildings, recreational center, rural scenery, etc. If the project is completed, the place will be the only large-scale gathering place for ecological travel and holidays in Henan.
Henan North Renew Advertisement Co .,Ltd, which was set up in 1998.Since its establishment, the advertisement business has covered every region in Henan Province. It has become an outstanding enterprise of out-door advertisement design and release in Henan.
