始建于一九五三年，隶属中国机械工业局，直属中国机械工业安装总公司，经国家工商行政管理局登记注册，系国家一级资质施工企业。获全国先进施工企业荣誉称号，中国人民银行“AAA”信誉单位，并取得ISO9002国际质量认证。公司下属七个分公司，一个金属结构厂及一个焊接培训中心和一个驻国外办事处。
四十年来，公司的足迹遍布世界各地，积累了丰富的施工经验，在企业管理、技术管理、质量管理等方面
建立了一套与国际接轨，完整的管理体系，是一支能打硬仗的国家级建安队伍。第一个五年计划期间，我公司参加过长春第一汽车制造厂、洛阳拖拉机厂等156项国家重点工程的建设。近年来，承担的有江苏油田、郑州第二砂轮厂、上海大众汽车厂、香港新机场青马大桥、上海浦东国际机场、黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程等高大尖精重点项目。近年公司先后参建了缅甸糖厂、泰国水泥厂、马来西亚钢厂、文莱国际会议大厦等工程的建设。多次受国家委托派专家赴阿尔巴尼亚、巴基斯坦、罗马尼亚、泰国、朝鲜、越南等国进行援外建设，并赴美国、德国、巴西等国家承担二手设备拆迁安装工程，在涉外工程及引进方面积累了丰富的经验。
公司技术力量雄厚，装备精良。检测仪器齐全，施工手段先进。改革开放以来公司尤以在机械工业，建材行业，港务工程，汽车制造，钢结构非标制作安装、大型设备吊装、水利交通工程、电力、石化、轻工、食品及涉外工程方面显示特长。公司具有独立承担国内外各类建安工程的总承包能力。
Established in 1953, and directly under China Machinery Industrial Installing Corporation, China Machinery Industry Mechanized Construction Corporation is subordinate to the Bureau of Machinery lndustry of China. It has been registered in the Administrative Bureau of Industry and Commerce as a legal person and was awarded an honorable title of National Advanced Construction Enterprise. As a national first-class qualified construction enterprise, it was assessed of AAA grade credit enterprise by the People's Bank of China and was accepted by ISO9002 Quality Assurance System. It has 7 branch companies, 1 metallic fabrication plant, 1 welding training center and 1 overseas office.
Over 40 years, it has engaged in construction and installation projects all over China. It enjoys rich experience in construction and erection. During the First-Five-Year Plan, it participated in the construction of over 156 national key projects, such as Changchun First Automobile Works and Luoyang First Tractor Plant. In recent years, it has executed and completed or took part in lots of major and high-tech projects like Jiangsu Oil Field, Zhengzhou Second Grind Wheel Factory, Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Works, Qingma Bridge for New Hongkong Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Yellow River Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project and so on. It has also completed or participated in the overseas construction of Taung Zin Aye Sugar Refinery in Burma, SBC Cement Works in Thailand, Mega Steel Works in Malaysia and IBB & ICC projects in Brunei, and has many times entrusted by the government with dispatching specialists to help construct some projects in Albania, Pakistan, Romania, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea and other countries and has also sent technicians to USA., Brazil, Italy and Germany to dismount and transfer secondhand equipment. Therefore it has accumulated experiences in handling introduced projects and projects constructed in foreign countries.
It is well equipped, powerful in inspection and measuement, and enjoys a strong technical force and plenty of advanced construction methods. Its particular advantages in installation field in various industries and civil facilities are machinery industry, building material industry, harbor project, light industry, power industry, petrol-chemical industry, non-standard structural steel fabrication and installation and heavy-duty equipment hoisting as well as water conservancy project and food industry and also in disassembling and transferring secondhand equipment and in foreign project. It has qualification and competence as a general contractor to underlake projects of industrial and civil construction installation both at home and abroad.
