河南长城众鑫实业股份有限公司成立于1998年10月，是经河南省政府批准由中国长城铝业公司及其职工共同出资以发起方式成立的规范化的股份公司。公司注册地为河南省工商得政管理局，注册资本为75280.5万元。
公司总部位于中原名城郑州市上街区。南倚嵩山，北临黄河，陇海铁路贯穿东西，郑汴洛高速公路紧邻而过，交通十公便利。
河南长城众鑫实业股份有限公司现有职工1230人，拥有资产1.55亿元，形成十大系统产品，年销售收入3亿元。目前公司拥有八个子公司：郑州长鑫高科技实业有限公司、郑州长城锌业有限公司、郑州长铝炭素制品有限公司、郑州市上街区长铝众鑫润滑油有限公司、郑州众鑫化工有限公司、荥阳长城锌品有限公司、郑州众鑫建筑安装公司、宁波大榭众城贸易有限公司。公司目前主要产品年产：锌锭2万吨，氧化锌6200吨，硫酸3万吨，炭阳极2万吨，高等级氧化锌1500吨，润滑油品1100吨，用于稀有金属提取的DX-9931树脂500吨，国际先进的VGF法砷化镓单晶片形成1万片的生产能力，高纯镓500公斤。其中，DX-9931树脂、砷化镓、高纯镓等产品被列入河南省"十五"发展规划纲要。郑州长鑫高科技有限公司被河南省科学技术厅命名为高科技企业。产品广泛应用于冶金、化工、机械、电子、医药、生化等行业。远销国外十多个国家和地区，国内二十多个省、市、自治区。
