河南柴油机集团有限责任公司是我国"一五"期间156项重点工程之一，是国内轻型高速大功率柴油机研制基地和国家首批摩托车定点生产厂，属国家大型一类企业。该公司取得了GB/T19001和GJB/Z9001质量体系认证证书。组建了发动机、摩托车、铸造三个子公司，主要产品有高速柴油机（100-2240KW）、柴油机发电机组（64-1500KW）、摩托车及汽油机、铝合金门窗等，柴油机和摩托车出口30多个国家和地区，有较高的知名度。
河柴集团公司生产的引进俄罗斯技术的轻12-180系列、引进德国DEUTZ公司技术的234/616系列和604B/620系列柴油机及发电机组，以其技术先进、使用可靠、维修简单、经济性好和军民通用、船陆通用等特点，广泛用于海军舰艇、军用车辆和民用工作船、渔船、挖泥船、高速船、消防水泵、油田特种车辆及钻井机械等。在引进日本川崎重工HK250摩托车技术的基础上，研制生产了50、80、90、100、125、250等70多种车型的摩托车及1E47FM、170FM、152MI汽油机。以铝合金门窗和高压电器、纺织机械、柴油机等配套零部件、纯净水厂为主的多种经营正逐年扩大。
河柴集团公司将贯彻"军民优先、以机为主、船陆并举、多种经营"的方针，加快新产品开发和科技创新，强力开发国内市场和国际市场，努力建设成为具有很强综合实力的高速发动机及其零部件研制生产基地。

companies, and has main products such as high-speed Diesel Engine (100-2240KW), Genset (64-1500KW), Motorcycle and Gasoline. Aluminum Alloy doors and windows etc. Diesel Engine and Motorcycle are exportedtomore than thirtycountries and regions.and enjoys a higher reputation.
Using introduced Russian & Deutz Tech. respectively, Light 12-180 series & 604B/620 series Diesel engine and Genset, manufactured by HND, feature advancedtech, reliable performance, easy maintenance, good economy and universal use for military and civil use, universal use for marine and stationary use, They're widely used in navy warship, military vehicle and civil working boat, fishing boat, dredger, high-speed boat, fire-fighting water pump, oil field special vehicle and drilling machine etc, Based on the introduced HK250 motorcycle tech from KHI, Japan, HND manufactured more than 70 types of motorcycle as 50,80,90,100,125,250 and gasoline engine as 1E47FM,170FM,152MI.Specializing in Aluminium doors and windows and parts of high-pressure electric appliance, spinning and weaving machinary, diesel engine, and purified water, Diversified Business Operation is expanded.
HND will carry out the policy of "military products is given priority to the development, diesel engine is key products, stationary and marine products are simultaneously developed, business operation is diversified", speed up new product's development & tech innovation, develop both domestic and international marketwith great effort, and build itself into developing & manufacturing base with very strong comprehensive strength for high-speed diesel engine and its parts.
