The 29th of the 100 Provincial Strong Enterprises
It's reported in Henan Daily on Sept. 1st that having been approved by the Provincial Government, the Statistical Bureau put in order 100 strong enterprises of 2000 after comprehensive evaluation to industrial enterprises in Henan province according to the statistical data of sales income, total interests and tax revenue and economic benefits presented by industrial enterprises.
Our Co., is listed on the 29th, the second in Xuchang.

"Two Separations" and "Three Parts" Carried Out between Huanghe Group Co., and Huanghe Xuanfeng Co.
In accordance with the supervisory conferences of National Listed Co., and forum in Shenzhen, jurisdictional area of Henan, China Stock Supervision Committee, our company held enlarged sessions on 25th and 26th, September, in which the following points were emphatically considered:
1. Huanghe Xuanfeng Share Holding Co., Ltd (Listed Co.,) and its holding co., Huanghe Group Co., are thoroughly separated in property and operating rights and parted in personnel, capital and financial affairs.
2. Functions and duties of shareholders' conference, Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee and General ManagerS in listed co., are strictly regulated in light of modern enterprise system.
3. How to apply encouraging method of "Futures Rights" on the basis of salary and bonus for senior management and key persons in the listed co.
4. Probed into possible annexation with other Diamond Manufacturers in China.
The meetings were successfully ended after relevant resolutions were made.
