开封空分集团有限公司是我国设计，制造工业气体分离设备，气体液化设备和冷链设备的大型重点骨干企业，国家二级企业, 拥有外贸进出口自营权，并被批准为出口基地企业。
公司占地48万平方米，职工4300人，其中工程技术人员500余人。拥有各种加工设备1200余台，其中精、大、稀设备81台, 包括大型真空钎焊炉以及先进的数控加工设备。
主要产品有大、中、小型成套空气分离设备；气体液化设备；焦炉气分离设备；液氮洗设备；石油化工设备以及各种配套机组如活塞式及离心式氧、氮、空气压缩机；气体透平膨胀机；低温液体储槽；底温液体泵；低温阀门；各类压力容器和管壳式换热器、绕管式换热器、各种铝制板翅式换热器；金属组装式冷藏库、气调库及速冻机；污水处理等环保设备。
自1965年投产以来，为我国冶金、石化、化肥、建材、轻纺等工业部门提供了400 余套各种成套设备。与美国APCI公司合作生产，为宝钢和鞍钢提供了三万等级的大型空分设备并取得成功。产品分布国内29个省、市、自治区，并先后出口阿尔巴尼亚、印度尼西亚、印度和菲律宾等国家。
我公司拥有国家机械部和劳动部颁发的一、二、三类压力容器设计和制造许可证，国家环境保护总局颁发的乙级《环境污染防治工程专项设计资格证书》，美国ASME授权证书和“U”钢印。
通过了国家GB/T19001-94“设计、开发、制造、安装及服务质量保证模式”标准认证，并为国家一级计量单位。近几年来，计算机在管理和辅助设计、制造上也得到广 泛应用。
我公司除提供产品外，还可承接空分设备、冷链设备、环保设备的安装、技术改造和技术咨询等，开展工业气体经营，根据用户需要，提供“一条龙”式的最佳服务。
Kaifeng Air Separation Group Company, Limited is a large, key and backbone enterprise in China for designing and manufacturing air separation plant(ASP), gas liquefaction plant and cold store equipment with the right of self-operated import and export. It covers an area of 480,000 square meters and has 4300 workers and staff members including more than 500 engineers and technicians, equipped with 1 200 sets of all kinds of machines and equipment including 81 sets of accurate, large and modern CNC machines such as CNC 5-axis milling machine and large vacuum brazing furnace, etc..
Its main products include large, medium and smal size ASP, liquefaction plant, coke oven gas separation plant, petrochemical plant, Iiquid nitrogen wash plant, gas expansion turbine, cryogenic liquid pump, cryogenic valve, various kinds of pressure vessels and tubular heat exchanger, different kinds of aluminum plate fin heat exchanger, metal prefabricated cold store, flat freezer and controlled atmosphere store, and waste water treatment equipment and other environmental protection equipment.
Founded in 1965, it has supplied about 400 sets of ASP for various industries, including Baoshan and Anshan lron & Steel Co., which were cooperated with APCI, USA. Its products have been located at 29 provinces and cities in China and exported to Albania, Indonesia, India, Philippines, etc.. |
