    XGK轧机自从92年第一条生产线在河南华丰冷轧带钢厂一次试车成功以来，己陆续建成投产了四条XGK一LD350、一条XGKLD800、一条XGKLDI000和一条XGK－一LDII00精密冷轧带钢生产线。目前一条XGHD1420、一条XGKLD2400、二条XGKRDI200 （热帝）和一条XGK－RD2500 （热带）带钢主产线项目正在筹建或设计中。
    几年来，在历届的XGK轧机技术鉴定会上，知名专家、教授对XGK轧机给予了高度评价，他们认为： XGK轧机突破了传统多辊轧机的结构及受力原理，并经产业化实践证明，结构简单、合理，加工容易，操作方便，生产运行稳定，轧机横向刚度高，并有利于楔形板轧制，属国内外独创，用其生产的产品板形好，精度高，尤其是横向精度指标比世界上任何国家的同规格产品相比均高出一个数量级，处于世界领先水平。人民日报、工人日报、中国冶金报、科技报等几十家报纸，国氛计委，国家经贸委的专刊以及中央电视台，河南电视台等新闻媒体曾以“中国轧机第一人”，“中国人发明的第一台轧机”、“XGK轧机一跨世纪的技术创新”、“XGK轧机世界轧钢技术的领先”等为名进行多次宣传报道。
XGK轧机以其独特的结构特点、先进的技术理论优势和低成本的经济可实现条件，使得其轧机设备市场以及其生产的产品市场不宜于局限在现有成型的应用市场领域，而应根据其“发明”点，迅速开拓一个世纪以来、冶金行业一直努力，却至今还未能进入的无焊缝船板、艇板、航母板市场、整体轿车外壳市场、航天飞机用铝合金板市场、石油输送管道用钢板市场特宽铝箔、锡箔等市场、温轧钢板替代冷轧板市场等六大空白市场，为我国企业的结构调整和轧机的更新换代提供机遇。
    为了实现世界范围内的经营，迅速打开国际轧钢设备市场，本公司于2002年5月与香港大唐投资公司合资在香港成立了香港台诚控股总公注册资金1000万美元，双方各占股份50％，并于6月25日前在美国纽约和中国天津分别注册了独资公司，目前上海、郑州设立两个办事处，旨在全世界范围内全面推广销售XGK型系列发明专利轧机。

Established in 1995,Zbengzhou Top Rolling Technology Co., Ltd. is the hitech private enterprise which assembles science, industry and trade as an organic whole .and is set up by Mr ZhengHongzhuan who is the wellknown steel-rolled expert and shares the governmental special subsidy. The company lies at No. 12, Xuesong Road, Zhengzhou High de New Technological di industrial Development Zone. It covers the land area of 1 0,000 m2 and stnictural area of 6, 100 m2. There are 58 employees now available, including 6 postgraduates, 46 undergraduates, 1 0 persons with senior professional title and 28 ones with intermediate professional titles, the technicians occupy 86 percent (86%) of the total employees. Additionally, the company has established longterm friendly scientific de technological coordinating relationship with such more than 1 0 renown universities and scientific di research institute as lrondi SteelResearch General institute, Henan Provincial Metallurgical Design institute and the like, thereupon which powerful technical backing and giant development motive power are offered for future pursuit for scientific di technological peak of the company. The company boasts total value of the assets up to 1 1 .525 million yuan, including fixed assets of 65.25 million yuan, the assets

The company takes XGK model series of roller technology as developed by Mt Zheng Hongzhuan and has won three patent protection rights in 62 countries and regions as the leading products and devotes itself to engineering design, development and transfer of rolling technology, design and production of XGK series patented rolling technology and the rolling production line equipment and industrialization of precision cold di hot plate belt products. XGK roller won one patent in 1989, one Chinese invention patent in 199 1 since XGK roiler started to apply for patent in 1989. Four invention patents have been applied for five years in succession from 1 997 to 200 1 . Authorization of invention patents has been won in such several tens of countries as America, Germany, Italy, Finland, South Korea, Indonesia and the like, one patent in the latest is now being heard. Such four SGKLD350, one XGKLD800, one XGK-LD 1 000 and one XGKLD I 1 00 precision coldrolled strip steel production lines have been construction and put into operation since the first XGK roller production line was put into operation in Henan Huafeng Coldrolled Strip Steel Factory. At present, one XGKLD350, one XGKLD2400 and XGKLD2500 (hot belt) are being in preparation for construction.
For recent years, wellknown experts and professors made high comments of the XGK roller at the previous XGK roller technical appraisal conferences, they regarded that XGK rolling technology is the revolution of steel rolling history XGK roller break through the traditional stmcture and foreebearing principle of multiroll roller, and it is simple and rational in stnicture, easy in process, convenient in operation, stable in production operation, high in horizontal rigiility of roller as proved by industrialized practices. Several tens of newspapers such as People Daily, Worker Daily, China Metallurgy Paper, Scientific di Technoiogical Paper, monographs of the State Planning Commission, State Economic di Trading Commission and such news medias as CCTV, HNTV and the like had ever made propaganda and reports by the name of 《Chinese Roller Person No.》，《First Roller invented by Chinese》 , 《XGK RollerTechnical innovation Across the Century》.《XGK Roller, the Leadership in Worldwide Steel Rolling Technology》and the like. There are 16 key scientific di technological industrialized demonstration projects in the first batch as designated by the state, among which XGKLD800 coldrolled strip steel production line is listed. Among such 16 projects, XGTKLD800 coldrolled strip steel production line was the first to be put into operation and the first to go through the project acceptance. XGK series patented rollers are in closer and closer attention and greater and greater demand in the iron di steel market both at home and abroad for its stateofarts and correct principle, simple and rational stnJcture, reliable performance, low manufacturing cost, less equipment investment, high quality products, outstanding competitive advantage and the like and vast market developing vistas. In the meantime, the company shall develop seamless boat decks, ship decks, overall sedan shell market, alloyed aluminum platetofor rivet seamless space shuttle market, steel plate for straight seam large diameter petroleum convey-
ance pipeline, super wide aluminum foil, tinfoil and warmrolled steel plate instead of coldrolled plate market which the metallurgical industry has being strived for one century but fails rapidly, and shall struggle for getting rid of the passive situations to import the roller and highquality steel strip products, terminating the history of backward steel rolling technology and stepping into the advanced ranks of the world.
