郑州纺织机械厂座落在中国河南省省会郑州市北城市主要交通干道上，全厂占地70余万平方米，航空、铁路、公路交通运输均十分便利，厂区有直达铁路专用线。
郑州纺织机械厂建于1949年，是中国纺织机械（集团）有限公司最大的直属骨干企业和出口基地之一，国家"863"高技术计划CIMS（计算机集成制造系统）技术应用工厂，企业信誉等级为AAA级（特一级）。现有职工7000余人，其中工程技术人员10%，具有大中专以上学历的职工约占20%。固定资产原值3.77亿元人民币，拥有各类设备2700多台，其中金属切削机床近700台，锻压设备120多台。具有世界先进水平的多功能机械加工及测试手段，初步建立起了以机械加工FMS柔性加工系统，加工中心等构成的数控机床加工体系，以钣金FMS生产线为中心构成的数控钣金加工体系等五大硬件体系。还有CAD、CAPP、CAM、MRP-2等广泛用于辅助生产、技术、经营管理的计算机体系。
郑州纺织机械厂先后引进日本东洋纺、瑞士布塞公司、美国杜邦公司以及德国特吕茨勒公司和日本金丸公司的先进技术，合作生产出了年产1.5万吨涤纶短纤维后处理设备、HM5V型平网印花机、GA系列浆纱机、高档清梳联设备、干法腈纶设备等具有世界先进水平的纺织机械。除此之外我们还自行研制开发了一批新型纺机产品，主导产品有清梳联、浆纱、印染、化纤、烘燥、非织造布等六大类纺织机械设备。用户遍布全国及世界42个国家和地区。 |

ZTMP lies in the main traffic road of the northern of Zhengzhou city ,Henan province, it contains an area of more than 70,000 square meters. There are direct leased railway in the factory ,which is convenient in vacancy ,railway, highway, etc.
ZTMP was founded in 1949 , it is one of the biggest enterprise and export base directly under the Chinese Textile Machinery(Group) Co., Ltd and the "863" Country high tech plan CIMS(computer integration making system) tech applied factory .Credit grade of the enterprise is AAA(special first grade). Now the careers are more than 7000 and 10 per cent among them are technical ones, 20 per cent of the careers possess the education level of junior college and secondary school. The original fixed assets is 377 million Yuan . There are 2700 machines of various functions. Among them , are 700 metal cutting machine tools,120 forge equipments. It has the advanced functional engine machining and testing instruments, Five big systems have initially been formed which contain the numerical control machine tool system with FMS flexible process system, machining center, etc, numerical control sheet fabrication system with sheet metal FMS production line, etc. What's more, it contains computers system such as CAD, CAPP, CAM, MRP-2 and so on. which used widely in produce, technique, management.
ZTMP has introduced some advanced technique from companies such as Toyobo and kanamaru Co. Japan, Buser Co.Switzerland ,Dupont Co, U.S.A and Truetzschler Co. Germany. Also, It has coproduced a vary of equipments such as 15,000t/year polyester fiber after treatment system , HM5V flat net printing machinery, GA series sizing machinery, Blowroom machinery and high production card ,drying PAN equipment etc. which have the advanced level in the world. In addition , They develop a new-type weave machines of six kinds ,such as printing and dyeing, dry, carding machinery etc.The customers spread all over 42 countries and regions of the world.
