郑州日产汽车有限公司是由中、日双方合资创办的系列轻型汽车制造企业，是日产自动车株式会社在中国的商务车生产基地。公司本部设在郑州市，生产工厂位于中牟县。
公司本期资产总计为13.8亿元，其中固定资产6亿元。占地面积81万平方米，建筑面积22万平方米，职工总数2800人，生产流水线47条；现已基本形成6万辆轻型载货汽车的年产能力，其中轻型卡车、皮卡车各3万辆。
公司主导产品有“郑州日产”系列皮卡车和“郑州东风”系列载货车及其各种改装、专用车，共计两大系列60余个品种。近年来，公司在日方的协助与支持下，面向国内汽车市场，积极引进、开发新产品，努力培植新的市场支撑点，从而推进了产品结构的调整与优化，有效地增强了郑州日产汽车的市场竞争实力。

Zhengzhou Richan automobile Co., Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise of China and Japanese . It is also the producing basis of Janpanese self-propelled car business corporation in China. The cadre of the company is in Zhengzhou, but the factory is in Zhongmou county.
The total capital in preseng period is 1.38 billion, in which fixed capital is 60 million. It covers an area of 0.81 million square metres . The building area is 0.22 million square metres. There are 2800 workers and staff of members. It has 47 flow process lines. And now it has had the producing ability of 60000 light motor trucks, among which there are 30000 light trunks and 30000 station waggons.
The leading products are ZHENGZHOURICHAN brand station waggons , ZHENGZHOUDONGFENG brand motor trunks, all kinds of private car and so on . It has 2 series ( more than 60 varieties).In recent years, the company has introduced and explored new products with the help of the Japanese company. It has implanted new market bearing point, and then pushed the adjustment and optimization of product structure and strenthen the competitive power .
The new products which have been producted or will be producted are D22 station waggon, WQW multifunctional cased trunk and D22 converted trunk and light trunk. These new products are on top of the national market in product designment and quality. So the company has good developement future.
