3、产品生产：

4、先进的工艺：
宇通公司根据客车生产及保证质量的需要，与国内主要设备公司联合开发了国内领先，并且是独一无二的主要工艺生产设备。主要有：（1）大顶蒙皮全自动滚焊机及点焊机，将大顶蒙皮及车顶骨架通过滚焊之后，牢固地成为一体，此后又加以点焊，增加焊接强度。解决了长期以来难解决的客车大顶漏水这一国际难题，同时也增加了整车的刚度。宇通公司的这一技术达到国际先进水平；（2）白车身磷化池：将白车身全部浸泡在磷化池中，对白车身中所有零部件的内外，进行磷化处理，大大地提高了整车的抗蚀、防锈性能，同时极大地延长了客车整车的使用寿命。这一生产技术应用，使宇通整车抗蚀、防锈性能达到国际先进水平。

Advanced Technology:
Yutong has together with China' main equipment companies developed homely advanced and unique production equipment which satisfy the requirements of production and quality guaranttee. There're mainly two devices. One is automatic rolling and spot welding machine for top skin. By using this machine the top skin and frame are firmly welded together first through rolling welding and then be spot-welded to upgrade welding effect. This resolves the wold wide difficult problem of top leakage and increases the entire rigidy, holding a lead in the world. And the other one is the phosphating pool for white body. By submerging the whole body into the pool all the parts and components are phosphated to substantially increase the anti-corrosion and rust ability of the body and prolong the service life of the vehicle at the same time. The application of this technology makes the anti-corrosion and rust ability of Yutong coach stand at the world front edge.
