Since approved to be established by the People's Govemment of Henan Province on April 22,1961, the company has nearly
40 years' history. Had been subordinated to the State First Ministry of Machine-building Industry, Henan Communications Department, and Henan Mechanical & Electrical
Department, the company was responsible for the management function of
the automobile industry of Henan Province before 1980. Entrusted by Henan Mechanical & Electrical Department, the company carried out industry management for the whole automobile industry of Henan Province in the area of long-term plan, draft of annual plan, examination on quality of products, new products appraisal, technical transform, checking and accepting enterprise upgrading, and distribution of raw materials. After the state cancelled the directive plan, the company made deep reform and began positively to be engaged in sales. At present, the company is mainly engaged in sales of automobile, motorcycle and the parts, and with mixed business of selling metal materials, engineering machine, leasing automobile and the business of storage, etc.
The company now develops and has 13 branches, two holding companies, and two participating stock companies. The company has 176 workers and staff, among them, 76 persons graduated from colleges,and 29 senior professional technicians.
