河南兴豫会计师事务所，河南兴豫税务师事务所，是河南省成立较早,规模较大的财会，税务中介机构。成立以来，全体员工遵循依法、独立、客观、公正的原则，以热情，诚恳，文明，高效为宗旨为社会各界提供了审计、评估、税务代理、税法顾问、外商投资企业税收、财务筹划、基建预决算审计等各类服务，审验、鉴定资金总额达2000亿无，在河南省及全国的主要大城市具有较高的知名度。1999年1月与5月，按照国家有关规定，在河南乃至全国同行业中率先完成脱钩改制，真正成为独立的社会中介机构。改制后的事务所分别更名为“河南兴豫会计师事务所有限公司”和“河南兴豫税务师事务所有限公司”。目前，两个公司共有人员近150人，其中注册会计师63人，注册税务师76人，注册评估师18人，具有高级相关职称的20人，具有中级相关职称的70人。公司拥用强大的执业群体，具有服务范围较宽的优势，可为客户提供审计。资产评估、税务代理、财务会计、税法咨询顾问等多方面的服务。
公司注册资本200万元，现有资产800万元，公司采取董事会领导下的总经理负责制，20个业务部室严格分工，密切协作的现代化管理模式，全体员工以法律为准则，以责任和优化服务为先导，形成责权利紧密结合，团结高效的有机整体，具备承接大型、特大型财税业务的能力。

    经中国人民银行、国家财政部2000年11月批准，获全国首批从事金融相关审计业务资格（银发[2000]358号）。
    经河南省财政厅，省注册会计师协会批准，取得对国有大型企业审计业务资格，以及债转股企业审计资格（省财政厅豫财协[1998]26号，豫财办字[2000]1号）。
    经中华人民共和国财政部批准，取得资产评估资格；（豫国资评函【1999】第50号）。
    经农业部乡镇企业资产评估管理工作领导小组批准，取得乡镇企业资产评估资格；（农业部农乡企资豫第26号）。
    经河南省国有资产管理局批准，取得破产企业资产评估资格；（豫国资评字【1997】第30号）
    经河南省注册税务师管理中心批准，取得中国税务代理许可证资格；（豫税代许字【1999］001号）
    经河南省建设厅批准具有建设工程造价咨询单位资质资格。（省建设厅豫建标定[98]34第96024号）

Brief Introduction

董事长兼总经理陈顺兴先生与小浪底外方董事长海德勒商谈业务。

Henan Xingyu Registered Tax Agent Co.,Ltd. and Henan Xingyu Certified Public Accountant Co.,Ltd. are the earlier and larger intermediate agents of finance and accounting and taxing as well in Henan Province. Both of them are able to undertake independently various kinds of businesses stipulated by the Temporary Regulations Agency and the Regulations for Chinese Certified Public Accountant. With a registered capital of 2 million yuan and a present assets of 8 million yuan, there are 150 workers and staff in the company including 55 CPAs, 60 CPTs and 18 CPEs. And it has a powerful working group and the ability of overtaking large as well as extremely large finance and tax business. Since its setting up, it has offered various fields in the social different sorts of services in tax agency ,finance and accounting, tax consulting, consulting planning, auditing, estimating, elementary building budget and final accounting and auditing .The total amount audited and valuated is more than 200 billion yuan. It has won the high reputation in Henan Province even in the main big cities of China. It has provided consulting and planning service to over 100 large and medium enterprises both at home and abroad like Enporekiyo (Italy), Hoktif (Germany), Henan Electric Power Company, Zhengzhou Railway Economic and Technical Development Company.
